A Lease provides you with the right to use the beat for your own song and to sell, distribute, and stream that song commercially (on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, etc.). I, the original producer, retain the ownership of the beat and can continue to lease it to other artists. This is a cost-effective way to get high-quality production for your project.
An Exclusive License grants you complete and sole ownership of the beat. Once you purchase the exclusive rights, I will no longer sell or lease this beat to anyone else, and it will be removed from the store. You will receive the final master track along with the separated audio tracks (stems) and/or MIDI files from the project. This gives you full control for mixing, mastering, and arrangement. With exclusive ownership, you have the right to resell the beat if you choose.
